Josh Kardell
This week’s second Northway Spotlight is Josh Kardell.
Josh Kardell is a Creative for our group. He is currently attending SCTCC and is double majoring, earning his Advertising Communication & Design degree, along with a degree in Web Design. He is from Sauk Rapids, MN. In his free time, Josh likes to play pond hockey and video games. 
In five years Josh sees himself making a lot of money, having a good job, owning a house, and having a family. When asked if he would rather have the ability to fly or the ability to read people’s minds, Josh would want the ability to fly so he could travel. If Josh could go back to any time era he would want to go to the Wild West! If he could have one meal for the rest of his life he would choose pizza. Josh is inspired by his mom and Batman. His favorite word is shrub, he would like to learn how to program, and when asked Where’s Waldo? Josh replied: chilling with Elvis and Amelia Earhart on a deserted island.

Chris Armstrong
This week’s Northway Spotlight is Chris Armstrong.
Chris is a web designer for our group. He is currently attending SCTCC and is double majoring, earning his Advertising Communication & Design degree, along with a degree in Web Design. He is from Renville, MN. In his free time, Chris likes to write music. 
In five years Chris sees himself working for an ad agency or a music company. When asked if he would rather have the ability to fly or the ability to read people’s minds, Chris said he would like to fly. If Chris could go back to a certain time era he would go back to the 1920’s. If he could have one meal for the rest of his life he would choose Tortellini Alfredo. Chris is inspired by music and modern art. His favorite word is ziti, he would like to learn how to be a pirate, and when asked Where’s Waldo? Chris replied with “In the cupboard with a candle stick”.

Amber Sieling
This week’s second Northway Spotlight is Amber Sieling.
Amber is a Creative and an Account Executive for our group. She is currently attending SCTCC to earn her Advertising Communication & Design degree. She is from Foley, MN. In her free time Amber likes to spend time with family, cook, and watch movies. In five years Amber sees herself getting a high paid job or starting her own ad agency. 
When asked if she would rather have the ability to fly or the ability to read people’s minds, Amber would like to have the ability to fly because it would be disturbing to know what people are thinking. When asked what period of time she would go back to if she could choose, she stated: “I would definitely Flinestone it!” If she could have one meal for the rest of her life she would choose authentic Mexican tacos with cilantro. Amber is inspired by her fiancĂ© because he works really hard and her kids because she continues to learn from them every day. Her favorite saying is: awesome sauce! If Amber could learn anything she would like to learn Spanish or sign language, and when asked Where’s Waldo? Amber replied: “In the book he was printed in”.

Ally Peterson
This week’s first Northway Spotlight features Ally Peterson.
Ally is an Account Executive and Creative for our group. She is currently going to school at SCTCC, and is looking to earn her Advertising Communication and Design degree. She is originally from Frederic, Wisconsin. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and reading. One of Ally’s career goals is to design and star in commercials. In five years she hopes to either be on T.V. or heard over the radio in commercials. 
If Ally could either have the ability to fly or the ability to read peoples minds, she would choose to fly because she could travel anywhere. If she could go back in time to a different era, she would go back to the disco era. If Ally could only have one meal for the rest of her life, she would have anything from Subway. Ally is inspired by her sister and colorful things, her favorite word is perplexed, and if she could learn to do anything she would learn sign language. When asked the question: Where’s Waldo? Ally responded with, “Waldo is in the train station sitting on the bench, eating a banana”.

Melissa Jokela
This week’s second Northway Spotlight features Melissa Jokela.
Melissa is a lead Creative for our group. She is currently attending SCTCC and is looking to earn her Advertising Communication & Design degree. Melissa is originally from Hutchinson, Minnesota. In her free time she enjoys, reading, writing, playing video games, watching Netflix, surfing the web, and hanging out with friends. Some of Melissa’s career goals are to be a creative at an innovative ad agency, as well as work with animation and web design. 
If Melissa could have the ability to fly or the ability to read people’s minds, she would choose to fly. If she could go back to any time era she would go back to the Medieval times. If Melissa could only have one meal for the rest of her life, she would have a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a Dr. Pepper. She is inspired by seeing her friends artwork, as well as other design work online. Melissa’s favorite word is periwinkle. If she could learn to do anything she would learn how to play the piano or guitar. When asked the question: Where’s Waldo? Melissa responded with, “Exploring dangerous ruins”.

Katie Crawford
This week’s first Northway Spotlight is Katie Crawford.
Katie is one of our CEO’s. She is currently attending SCTCC, and is looking to earn her Advertising Communication and Design degree. She is originally from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. In her spare time she enjoys playing video games, reading, making art and collecting cameras. Katie’s career goals are to become a graphic designer at an ad agency and eventually open up her own business. 
If Katie could either read people’s minds or fly, she would choose to read people’s minds because she thinks it would be interesting to know people’s thought processes. If Katie had a time machine and could go back to a certain era, she would go back to the 1920’s because of the fashion. If she could only eat one meal for the rest of her life she would eat mac & cheese. Katie is inspired by music and art, her favorite word is pixel, and if she could learn to do anything she would learn how to design video games. When asked the question: Where’s Waldo? Katie responded with, “Canada”.

Adam Studer
This week’s Northway Spotlight is Adam Studer!
Adam is a creative for our group. He is currently attending SCTCC and is looking to earn his Advertising Communication and Design degree as well as a Web Design degree. Adam is from St. Cloud, Minnesota. In his free time he enjoys producing hip hop and dubstep music, golfing, skateboarding, photography, and playing solitaire. One of Adma’s career goals is to build an agency that pushes the limits of technology and media in advertising. 
When asked whether he would like the ability to fly or read people’s minds, he would read minds, as long as he could turn it off. If Adam could go back to any time era, he would choose to go back to the 50’s, when vintage was modern. If he could eat one meal for the rest of his life, he would eat $5 Hot and Ready pizza from Little Caesar’s. Adam is inspired by his mother, because she is a tough cookie that raised 3 boys in what seemed to be several impossible situations. Adam’s favorite word is dude, because you can have a conversation with someone by repeating it in different tones. If he could learn do do anything he would learn to fly a small plane, so he can fly to different places and when asked the question: Where’s Waldo? Adam responded with, “Ask my kids. I can never find Waldo, too distracting. I’ll look for Carmen Santiago; yeah, I’m that old”.
